Living a healthier lifestyle

 There is a conscious effort nowadays to lead healthier lifestyle. You don’t have to make a drastic change and shock your body if you don’t think you can do it in one go. You just have to make sure that you stick to your guns and see it through. There are many simple and easy lifestyle changes you can do gradually.  

  1. Switch to Tea  

Tea for some people can be an acquired taste. However, that shouldn’t be a worry because there are many varieties to teas that surely you will find the right fit for you. You can have green tea if you don’t mind the strong taste of tea leaves. You can try white vein maeng da and even black or white teas.  

  1. Get to Exercising  

Don’t let your body to rust and make sure to always, always make sure to exercise. You don’t have to necessarily be in the gym every hour of everyday. It is also important that you give yourself time to just absorb everything for the day, and process it. There are other alternatives to meditating other than sitting like a monk. You can have a journal session, or take a quiet hour for yourself through- out the day, where there are no distractions present. No phones, no email nothing just you and your mind.  

  1. Slow Down  

We live in a world wherein there is just too much going on. We need to catch up on something all the time there is always something to do. News flash the work will still be there after you take time to yourself. So, slow down and don’t drive yourself into the brink of exhaustion because of it.  

  1. Fruits and Vegetables  

There is nothing wrong with meat but if you are building more on meat all the time, there might be problems to face in the future. You also need to stock up on fruits and vegetables. If you don’t like it as much try tricking yourself with it like how kids eat their vegetables; small or bite size is the way to go. 

There is so much in life but if your body is not up to it anymore you can’t enjoy much of it either. You got to make sure to take care of your body just as much as you take care of your future. Your future can be sparkling beautifully like a diamond but if you don’t take care of your body, you can only admire it from afar and not enjoy it for yourself.
